Scheduled appointments for an evaluation service and contracted services include approximately 30 - 45 minutes on-site for standard-sized residential and small commercial properties in cities, villages and townships per the fee schedule listed below.

$110: greater Kalamazoo and Portage including; Alamo, Cooper, Comstock, Galesburg, Mattawan, Parchment, Plainwell, Oshtemo, Otsego, Richland

$145: Augusta, Climax, Gobles, Hickory Corners, Lawton, Paw Paw, Martin, Schoolcraft, Scotts, Vicksburg

$185: Allegan, Battle Creek, Bloomingdale, Decatur, Delton, Lawrence, Marcellus, Mendon, Shelbyville, Three Rivers

Evaluation fee may be paid by check upon completion of appointment or via online payment from an emailed invoice. Evaluation fees for the cities, villages and townships listed above may be credited towards contracted services within a 12-month period.

Proposals for contracted services are developed from an evaluation service appointment, or from a scheduled appointment without evaluation service. An evaluation service is required to propose contracted services in Allegan, Battle Creek, Bloomingdale, Decatur, Delton, Lawrence, Marcellus, Mendon, Shelbyville and Three Rivers. Evaluation fees associated with these cities and villages, like fees for all locations, may be credited towards contracted services within a 12-month period.
